At the core is the Shimano EP6 Cargo motor, delivering 85 Nm of torque and providing natural, predictable assistance even at low speeds or on steep climbs. The Shimano EP6 Cargo motor is specially developed for cargo bikes, which means you get strong performance when the bike is fully loaded or when riding with children. Quiet, efficient and stable, it gives the bike a confident feel and makes everyday riding comfortable and easy to manage.
Loader 802 features a classic chain drive, offering a familiar pedal feel and dependable power transfer. Paired with the Shimano Nexus 5 gear hub—designed specifically for e-bikes with high torque—it ensures smooth and reliable shifting. Without a coaster brake, you can backpedal freely, giving you more control in tight or slow-speed situations.
With a total load capacity of 250 kg, including 100 kg in the cargo box and 150 kg on the saddle, Loader 802 is a true car alternative. Four-piston hydraulic disc brakes provide powerful, consistent braking even when fully loaded, while the combination of 20” front wheels and a 24” rear wheel creates a low center of gravity for excellent stability. High-quality Ryde rims further enhance durability for long-term use.
The integrated 19.2Ah battery blends seamlessly into the frame and delivers long range, making the bike ready for full days of errands or family outings. The built-in GPS tracking (IoT) adds an extra layer of security, allowing the bike to be located via subscription. Loader 802 comes fully equipped with a high-quality rain cover with opening side panels, a bench with two ergonomic seats and soft cushions, adjustable 5-point harnesses, a front loading door for easy access, and a frame lock with plug-in function. An optional second bench allows the bike to carry up to four children, creating a flexible setup for active families.
A sturdy rear carrier with a 27 kg capacity and AVS+ compatibility makes it easy to attach baskets, bags or a child seat without tools.
