A well-balanced workshop starts with a well-balanced bike. For every cyclist, the first 15 minutes are decisive in adjusting the correct riding position. The body notices the difference with every kilometre.

Tyres and bicycle tyres are among the most stressed parts of an ebike. This applies whether it is a city bike or an electric cargo bike used for heavier transport. Therefore, we follow a carefully controlled multi-step process before the tyre is fully assembled.

The work begins with pre-oiling the nipples and preparing the structure that the tyre will be mounted on. Then, the spokes are fitted by hand into the hub as part of the build before the tyre is put in place. The manual part is vital. It gives us full control over the basic construction before the machine work takes over.

The process then continues in clear steps:

1. Precision assembly in the Holland Mechanic system

2. Transfer to a robot for exact spoke tensioning

3. Centring and offset adjustment

4. Torque and deviation are set with zero tolerance for errors

5. Finally, we mount the bicycle tyre together with the brake disc and gear components.

For reference, we can deliver a fully functional front construction with a mounted tyre in under 13 minutes. But time is never the most important factor. What matters is that every step meets our requirements before it moves further in production.

We use machines from Holland Mechanic, an established system in the production of wheel and tyre constructions. The machines provide repeatable precision. Our team provides the experience, the feel, and the final judgment.
