Track your e-bike wherever you are with built-in GPS. In the Ecoride Connect app, you can easily turn the alarm on and off, view your bike’s location in real time, track your rides and activities, and check battery status. The GPS technology is integrated directly into the bike frame, giving you full control via the app. With Ecoride Safe, your bike is also covered by full theft protection. If your bike is stolen and reported to the police, we’ll replace it with a new one – with no deductible.
The theft protection from Ecoride Safe applies when your Ecoride e-bike is registered and has an active Ecoride Safe subscription. The protection is activated once you register your bike at ecoride.com/reg according to the instructions.
Once registration is complete, the insurance covers theft of the entire bike, provided that the subscription is active and the security requirements are met. The bike must be locked with an approved bike lock, and the alarm function in Ecoride Connect must be activated when the bike is left unattended. The insurance is valid in Denmark and remains in effect as long as your Ecoride Safe subscription is active.
If the bike is stolen, the theft must be reported to the police and a claim must be submitted to Ecoride. Once the claim is approved, the bike will be replaced with a new Ecoride – with no deductible.
