1. Buying information
All prices on www.ecoride.se are shown including VAT. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor. We reserve the right to make price changes and correct any factual errors on our product pages. All orders are subject to availability. Product prices do not include shipping costs and any payment fees.
2. Delivery options
- Delivery with DHL
Our delivery partner DHL delivers our e-bikes in record time to our partner network across the whole of Sweden. Delivery time to your selected EcoRide outlet is normally 3-7 days if the product is in stock. Under some circumstances, such as high order levels or if suppliers have product shortages, the order may take longer to deliver. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. In such cases, we will provide you with information about the new delivery time. Any shipping fees and/or assembly costs are shown in the shopping basket when you add the product. Our products are carefully packaged for delivery, and your EcoRide reseller provides you with a correctly assembled e-bike and local servicing.
- Try and buy an e-bike from an EcoRide reseller
You’re most welcome to visit one of our EcoRide resellers or our own shops in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö. In our EcoRide e-bike shops, all of our models are represented and ready for you to try out. The shops are located centrally with cycle paths right outside. Because stock in our shops is limited, you may have to wait a few days for some models, but we have regular deliveries from our central warehouse and this doesn’t usually take more than 3-7 days. Under some circumstances, such as high order levels, deliveries can take a little longer.
3. Payment options
We work with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden to offer the following payment options, where payment goes directly to Klarna:
- Pay within 14 days: The payment time is 14 days from despatch of the goods. You can find the conditions for paying within 14 days here.
- Account: Klarna Account is a credit account provided by Klarna and which gives the borrower the option of monthly payments of at least 1/24 (minimum SEK 50) of the total credit amount, or in accordance with the conditions accepted on check out. - Direct payment: Automatic withdrawal from your bank account: based on autogiro and your account will be charged approximately two bank days after the purchase takes place or the goods have been dispatched. You can find the autogiro conditions here.
- Bank transfer: Your account will be charged immediately after the order has been placed.

4. General information
Right to cancel
As a consumer (private individual) you have 14 days’ cancellation right from the day you receive an item we have sent you. The right to cancel is regulated in the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (2005:59)
The right to cancel does not apply to companies, and only applies if the item and its original packaging is in substantially unchanged condition. You are responsible for return shipping if you exercise your right to cancel. To avoid problems when you want to exercise your right to cancel, please contact our customer service team before returning an item.
To exercise your right to cancel:
- Inform EcoRide’s customer service team within 14 days of receiving the relevant order or part of the order.
- Return the complete item in unchanged condition, in the product box with the original inner packaging, as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after informing us that you wish to exercise your right to cancel.
EcoRide reserves the right to charge cost price for missing parts if the return is incomplete. EcoRide does not accept cash on delivery returns. Failure to collect a shipment is not accepted as exercising your right of return.
If you have a complaint, please contact your local EcoRide reseller, or our customer service team, as soon as possible after you have received the product. EcoRide verifies all complaints in accordance with your description of the problem. If the problem is the result of incorrect operation, or if the product is error-free, the customer will be charged a fee from SEK 250 for the test work. EcoRide accepts no liability for costs occurring as a result of defective products. Returned items must be sent in their original packaging and correctly packed. Transport damage as a result of incorrect packing will be charged to the customer. For a complaint to be approved, the invoice must be attached.
We provide a 1-year factory guarantee. Deviations from this are stated on the relevant product page or in the product manual.
Provided the product has not yet been packaged you can cancel your order. It is your responsibility as a customer to inform us if you want to cancel your order. You do this via our customer service team. Cancellation is only valid when you have received confirmation that the order has been cancelled.
NB! If you have made advance payment for the product using a card, 4% of the price will be deducted for bank charges.
In the case of shipments which are not collected or were not cancelled in accordance with our terms and conditions and which are returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of SEK 750 plus any additional return fees to cover our transport and administration costs.

All false orders and attempted fraud will be reported to the police. Ecoride.se cooperates with the police regarding any information required to facilitate investigations.
The information you provide about yourself is only used internally. No information about you will be transferred to a third party. You have the right to request access to the personal data registered about you. If such information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to request that the data is corrected or deleted.
The event of war, natural catastrophe, industrial action, government decisions, non-delivery by suppliers, circumstances leading to increased costs, together with comparable events outside our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen and affect contracts and obligations entered into by EcoRide.se, and which mean that EcoRide.se cannot fulfil the above named contracts/obligations, shall constitute grounds for releasing EcoRide.se from its obligations to fulfil the above named contracts.
